How to Buy
If you know the name of the product you are looking for you, can use our search feature to quickly find it. Simply enter the name (or part of the name) of the product you are looking for into the keywords box and then push 'Search'.
TIP: If you are looking for a product for a particular type of pet - select the type of pet from the dropdown box before pushing 'Search'.
In the example shown above we are searching the store for dental diets intended for Cats.
The store will return a list of products based on your search terms. Click the picture of the product you are interested in to view more information.
If you do not know what you are looking for, choose a category to explore from the list below the shopping basket area.
In the picture above we see a product matching our search. The red icon shows this item is suitable for Cats.
If you don't know the name of the product you are looking for, or are just not sure what to buy you can browse all our products using the categories on the right hand side. This can be found below the shopping cart section.
TIP: On the product details screen you can see more information about the product and also see a more detailed picture by clicking the 'Enlarge Image' link below the product photograph.

Once you are ready to purchase the item you need to click the 'Add to Basket' button. If the product has any options (such as weight, colour or size) you can select these using the 'Options' dropdown box. If you wish to add more than one of the currently selected item to the basket, modify the 'Quantity' box to show how many of that item you would like to buy.
Once you have clicked 'Add to Basket' you should notice that the shopping basket area on the right of the page has changed to show the value of your purchases.

Are you a member of the PetSmile Club?
If you are a member of the PetSmile Club - please click the icon labelled 'Login' at the top right of the shopping cart. Boxes will appear for you to enter your PetSmile Club Username and Password (if you have forgotten these you can recover your details).
This saves time as your details will automatically be entered into the order form. You can also save your shopping basket and easily re-order previous deliveries.
When you are finished shopping it's time to make sure your order is correct and then checkout of the store. Click the 'View Basket' shown in the picture above to begin checking your order.

If you have a promotional code please type it into the box provided and click 'Enter' - the basket will update to reflect the promotion. Click the 'Checkout Now' button to go to the next stage of the order.

If you are not a member of the PetSmile Club or you have not Logged In, you will need to enter your details into the form.
Tip: Please click 'Use our postcode search' to quickly complete this stage by automatically entering your address.
If the delivery address is the same as your address then tick the box labelled 'Use as delivery details' to automatically enter your information into the Delivery Details form.
When you have checked the information you have entered is correct - click 'Checkout' to review a summary of your order and details.
When you are ready please click 'Proceed to Payment'.
Secure Credit or Debit Card Payments
The next screen looks a little different from the rest of our store, but don't worry - that's because you are now connected to our secure payment server.
We take security and privacy very seriously, so we've partnered with PROTX - the leading online payment processor to handle online payments for PetSmile Month.
Select the type of card you will be using to pay for your order by clicking on the cards logo.
Now you will need to enter the information from your debit or credit card. Please also confirm that the 'Delivery Address' information is correct and then click 'Proceed'.
Tip: If you get stuck please click the 'What do I enter here?' icon to see further information.
You will be then be taken to the order acknowledgement page and will shortly receive an email from us regarding your order.
