Terms & Conditions
Practices that register for Pet Smile Month are required to have an qualified vet (an MRCVS) confirm that they agree to participate in the campaign.
Practices agree to provide dental check-ups (a Pet Smile Assessment) at no charge to the client during the course of Pet Smile Month. This check may be carried out by a vet, or a suitably trained member of the nursing staff. The practice also agrees to distribute and display Pet Smile Month promotional materials (without altering or removing items, or adding material from non-PSM supporters). Whilst the check-up is free of charge any required treatment will be subject to normal arrangements between the vet and the client. Vets are able to provide PSM check-ups to non-regular clients, however the normal rules apply to any animal that is undergoing treatment for dental problems from another veterinary practice.
