Pet Smile Month & Veterinary Practice
September 2007 is Pet Smile Month.
Veterinary Practices will all have received an invitation to participate in PSM 2007. In addition to two mailings in July, National Veterinary Services, Centaur and Dunlops have all kindly sent out invitations to practices on their delivery schedules.
The applications to take part MUST be returned by August 10th. No late applications will be processed (this will prevent the problems of late delivery of the Goody Bags experienced by some practices last year).

The aim of Pet Smile Month is to increase awareness of the importance of dental disease and the deleterious effects it has on our patients' health. With 80% of the Nation's pets needing dental treatment it is a scandal that so many pets are left suffering. Actively targeting them - both for treatment and prevention - is the only way forward.
