Password Error ?
The invitation letter sent to practices was slightly mangled by the printer. The bottom portion of some undercase letters was missed out. Therefore a password j may appear like an i, a y may appear as a u, q as an a or o and p possibly as an o. It might be worth trying some of these out if you seem to be having problems.
