PSM Registration is now closed.
Any registrations after this time are not certain of delivery of PSM Packs. We will do our best - but packs have already been sent to wholesalers for distribution.
We do have a few spare packs - contact us if you are willing to pay Post & Packing (approx £15)
You MAY continue to register (see below). Your practice will be shown on the Find-a-Vet Search, however you may not have packs to distribute to clients. Please register earlier next year.

Registration for 2010 is well under way, hundreds of practices are already signed up. You will have received a mailing with your i/d and your password [NB see Password Caution note below]. If you can't find this please click here, or ring 08714-24-25-26.
Practices have to register on-line. This must be carried out by a MRCVS who is authorised to commit the practice to providing free of charge Pet Smile Check-Ups. You will also need details of your Wholesaler and your account number for that branch. This will make administering the delivery of your PSM pack easier - but if you put the wrong account number down - the delivery will go to the wrong practice!
Because of the late withdrawal of the major sponsor we are forced to limit practice membership this year. So sign up NOW to avoid missing out!
